Spread the cost of your dental care

At Dental Smiles Flagstaff, membership is available to all patients and is a great way to pay for routine dental care. Our membership is prescribed to you based on your individual clinical needs.

For example, the fee for one annual examination and two gum health maintenance appointments with the hygienist is £18.25 per month.

Our Fees

  • Monthly Fee:
    From £12.08 - £37.50
    (Assessment based)

    Joining Fee:
    £9.90

    Includes:
    • The number of examinations and hygiene appointments that you need per year
    • 20% saving off treatment
    • Routine x-rays at examination appointments
    • Emergency cover – UK out of hours and worldwide dental emergencies are supported through the assistance scheme

  • Monthly Fee:
    £5.82

    Joining Fee:
    Free

    Includes:
    • two examinations per year

  • Monthly Fee:
    £12.50

    Joining Fee:
    Free

    Includes:
    • two examinations per year
    • one gum health appointment with the hygienist
    • 10% off private fees (excluding implants)

Please note: There are treatments that this saving is not offered against. This will always be explained to you. For example: Invisalign®, dental implants and facial aesthetics.

How do I join?

  1. Please contact the practice and schedule a new patient assessment.

  2. At the assessment we will be able to confirm how often you need to attend for routine appointments and the monthly fee for your care.

  3. You will be able to benefit from a 20% saving off treatment from the day that you join.
